1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tkpk8 ("tkpk8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at tkpk8.io. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) tkpk8 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, tkpk8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

2.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current address, email address, and any payment method details used. tkpk8 may request supporting documents — including a government-issued photo identification and proof of address — before approving withdrawal requests or in connection with our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

The tkpk8 platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. Access from certain other jurisdictions may be restricted or prohibited in accordance with applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the tkpk8 platform is legal in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tkpk8 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party for any reason. tkpk8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You must notify tkpk8 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. You agree to use the tkpk8 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. Access to the platform via automated scripts, bots, or any non-human interface is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tkpk8 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels available in Bangladesh:

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification checks. tkpk8 reserves the right to request supporting KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. 4.4 Deposit Funds and Pending Bets

6. Casino Games and Sportsbook Rules

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on the tkpk8 platform are provided by certified third-party game developers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Red Tiger, Spribe, and Ezugi. tkpk8 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances where: (a) the event is abandoned or postponed without rescheduling within 48 hours; (b) the odds were published in error; (c) evidence of match manipulation is detected; or (d) the outcome has already been determined at the time the bet was placed.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity or outcome of a game or betting event, tkpk8 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the corresponding stakes to the relevant player accounts. Malfunction voids all plays and pays.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkpk8 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
• Using another person's identity or payment method without their express authorisation;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with staff members of tkpk8;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities;
• Conducting any transaction connected to money laundering or other criminal activity;
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or account restriction that has been applied to your account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward tkpk8 support staff or other platform users.

10. Limitation of Liability

tkpk8's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data provided to tkpk8 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. 12. Amendments and Termination

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
